Hubert with Elsass VTC helped give me the most magical day in France! He was prompt, professional, informative about the area, and suggested other towns to visit based on my time schedule. Hubert made sure I arrived to reservations on time, helped find them, and gave me alloted times for each stop. AND if I was not back, he was contacting me to make sure I found my way back to the vehicle. He provided water, sanitizing wipes, and even gave me some videos and pictures as souvenirs! Excellente expérience ! Chauffeur très ponctuel, professionnel et vraiment agréable. Mon train ayant eu près d’une heure de retard, il m’a attendue à la gare avec beaucoup de patience et de gentillesse, ce que j’ai particulièrement apprécié. Trajet très agréable également.
